Our call center solution company was created by a team of highly experienced engineers, business analysts, and designers. On average, senior management has over 30 years in the industry. The depth of experience at Connect First ranges from providing services to Fortune 50 companies to helping smaller entrepreneurial start-ups with call center implementation.


Richard Manulkin, President/CEO

Mr. Richard Manulkin is the founder of Connect First and is primarily responsible for program and client management. His vision and direction were key to bringing our system to reality. He brings to Connect First over 17 years of extensive and diverse experience in the Telecom Client and Program Management fields, specializing in converting layperson customer needs into live solutions. Prior to founding Connect First, Mr. Manulkin was a member of the senior management team at Intelogistics Corporation where he was responsible, among other things, for the design, implementation, and operation of several generations of Virtual Call Center support, including inbound, outbound, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR). He has been working with Virtual Call Center technologies as far back as the mid- 1990s and is highly experienced in successful call center strategy, as well as their effective operation and usage.

Mr. Geoff Mina is Connect First's Chief Technical Officer and co-founder. He is the primary architect of the Connect First platform, which has been developed from the ground up to be an extremely competitive, enterprise-class call center solution. He leads a team of highly skilled and motivated engineers and developers who have the responsibility of ensuring the platform is secure, stable, and constantly updated to reflect new needs and opportunities as they arise.

Geoff was previously a senior level software engineer at Prosodie Interactive where he managed a team of developers responsible for deploying and managing a full featured speech-enabled VoiceXML platform to process inbound consumer phone calls for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Prior to working with Prosodie Interactive, Geoff was involved in building highly secure enterprise grade e-commerce software for one of the leading providers of E-Commerce and Content Management systems in the country, Mountain Media.
